Group sizes are consciously limited to ensure that every student receives personal attention and direct access to Jen, as the trainings are rooted in her 20 years of energy healing experience.

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that means 'Life Force Energy.' It typically involves gently laying the hands on or above the body to clear energetic blockages and restore flow. Everyone has access to Reiki and we all use it without even realizing. Ever bump your knee and immediately hold it in your hands to find some relief? How about placing a comforting hand on the shoulder of a friend? These are examples of Reiki transfer. Reiki training and attunement amplifies your connection to this energy and enables you to work with it more consciously.

An evidence-based practice, Reiki is increasingly being used in traditional therapeutic setting to alleviate physical, mental, and emotional discomfort.

Reiki is an evidence-based practice. Known to induce deep relaxation, accelerate the healing process, and alleviate symptoms in a broad spectrum of conditions, Reiki is increasingly being used as a complementary modality in traditional therapeutic settings to reduce physical pain, anxiety, and depression.

Reiki is embraced as a valuable tool for empaths, highly sensitive people, energetic leaders, artists, craftsmen who work with their hands, and caretakers of all kinds.

Reiki training is cumulative, so you must complete certification for each level before moving onto the next. Reiki I and Reiki II may be taken together.

There is no prerequisite for Reiki I. While it can be helpful to have received Reiki before, it is not required.

Unless otherwise noted, trainings are delivered via livestream. You will receive a Zoom invitation to access the live training(s).

Please come prepared with pen and paper, and have a designated space where you can lay down to practice. You’re invited to create a sumptuous space: pillows, blankets, soothing music, and any other items you might like to support your experience. 

We kindly request 48-hours notice for all training cancellations to retain the credit for future use.

Absolutely, Reiki attunement is forever. However, if you feel you need to brush up on your technique, you may benefit from a private 1-hour mentorship session to review before to your next training.
