Backed By Science
Cultivate AtWork is anchored in the evidence-based practice of Mindfulness, which has been scientifically shown to increase creativity by 22%. By decreasing negative thinking, nervousness, and restlessness, these practices can actually rewire the brain for calm and focus while also broadening the scope of the imagination.
This rewiring process has been scientifically observed in MRI scans of Mindfulness meditators, which show a decrease in the size of the amygdala (this is where stress and the 'fight or flight’ response live in the brain) and increased density in the prefrontal cortex and limbic system (the regions responsible for focus and emotional regulation, respectively).
